Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I stayed at the hotel which had a warm outside seating area right next to the car park. The room was what we expected, advertised as bigger than most available at 161 sq ft. The service was lovely with special touches like a birthday card and drink in the room, although sometimes a bit rushed. The location was pleasant, about a 15-20 minute walk to Bournemouth center, making it a great sun trap perfect for a relaxing afternoon. The dining experience was good overall, with tasty dishes. The facilities were well-kept and enjoyable.
The accommodation above the bar provided a lively atmosphere but lacked air conditioning, making it a bit warm for my liking. The bed was comfortable though, reminiscent of my recent stay at a more traditional hotel. The service was friendly and attentive, with minor hiccups like miscommunication about kitchen hours. The location was a bit of a walk from the center and beach but offered a quieter setting, great for relaxation. The dining experience was pleasant, although with room for improvement, and the facilities were basic but satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable, with stylish furnishings and nice toiletries. However, being directly above the bar where music and entertainment took place could get a bit noisy. The service provided by the staff was attentive and polite, although there was a slight miscommunication about kitchen hours. The location was ideal for my needs, close to where I wanted to be and just a short walk from Bournemouth centre and the beach. The dining experience offered a lovely English breakfast, though the timing was a bit late for my preference. The facilities were well-kept and enjoyable overall.
